I don’t think I’ll ever understand why people have to die, but I take solace in the scripture (Isaiah 57: 1&2) where it says that good people pass away because God is protecting them from the evil to come, which reassures me that they’re in a better place.
I never knew Marie personally, but I only ever heard amazing things about her.
My prayer is that God will give your beautiful family the fortitude to bear this painful loss. Amen.
